Update Nov 11 2009  Good News - Lower Prices, Deeper Discounts

The Canadian dollar is trading at 0.956 USD today. Because the value of Canadian dollar is changing daily, we are calculating our cost base month to month. The Canadian  economy is more stable than others and improves when commodity prices rise.  We continue to favour and rely on long-term customers who buy our formulas in quantity over many years. We have done our best to minimize price increases. We are passing on some savings in operating costs and ingredient costs beginning Oct 15/09 with online formula price reductions and more savings on quantity orders.

The good news for US customers in that when the USD is trading  higher than the Canadian dollar you have the equivalent of extra discounts when you pay in US dollars! The cost of your order in US funds depends on the exchange rate allowed by your credit card bank.  We charge your credit card account in Canadian $ and you get the exchange rate offered by your credit card company.

Exchange rates have been volatile and we have no control over and no ability to predict the daily rate. When you pay by Pay Pal the actual cost in US dollars is shown as you complete the transaction.
