US License Package

The US technology transfer includes the the option of purchasing the websites that can provide substantial internet traffic, based on 12 years of listings with search engines links and an established reputation for providing  good medical and health information. The Alpha Online store has an established a US customer base, cash flow and is ready to be promoted into a major player in the health recovery market.

Technology transfer includes:

1. Formulations, protocols, manufacturing procedures.
2. Label designs
3. Ingredient specifications and introductions to suppliers
4. A library of marketing and end user documents.
5. The Alpha Nutrition Health Education series of books, with right to print and distribute the books intact or in edited formats.
6. A fully functioning, turn key internet website with online sales.
7. Publication and web site updates. The first year is free.

Royalties and License Renewal

The licensing agreement will require annual license renewal based on the payment of royalties, calculated as a percentage of gross sales. Our stipulation is that retaining the license requires achieving  a modest goal of minimum annual sales.

Publications Package.

Environmed Research will continue to be a publisher and will continue to develop multimedia educational productions. An update service will be offered on an ongoing basis. All books and website contents will be updated on a regular schedule. Updates for the first year are included free in the technology transfer package.
