Environmed Research Inc. generously makes  information available online as a public service. We have in mind people who seek information and are accustomed to making their own decisions. One of our businesses is to publish useful information and we offer limited email support. These are educational services and should not be confused with medical diagnosis or treatment.

It is our belief that if you are well informed, well motivated, and are an honest, responsible person, you can make decisions about your own management and benefit from our educational services. However, you are responsible for your own health care decisions. Our books and Email support are designed for self-management. They require careful study and review  and require you to be unusually self-reliant. You will require above average reading ability to make the best use of our books.

We regularly receive requests for advice on managing an illness. Many of these requests can be answered by a more careful reading of texts online, reading our publications, or by signing up for email support. Yes - What we can do

We can help you make better informed decisions about your own self-management by providing reliable and scientifically based information. Free information is limited to texts posted online and free eBooks which you can download. We can do scientific and medical literature searches, topic research and case studies for businesses, insurance claims and legal purposes.  Appropriate fees are charged for these services.

We do provide online information about diseases, their diagnosis and treatment as an educational service. All texts are copyright and should not be copied or reproduced without our permission. We do provide detailed information about our nutritional products and their use, but cannot make recommendation about their suitability for use in specific cases. Professional help is advised.

No - What we cannot do

Sorry, we do not offer medical diagnostic and treatment services. We cannot answer  telephone inquiries and do not recommend physicians.  We do not discuss your medical problems on the phone or in person. Our services do not replace the services of qualified physicians and are not diagnostic services. If you do not understand or have any doubt about the information we provide, you must seek and follow professional advice. You are responsible for deciding what you are going to do and if you have any doubts, follow the advice of your own physician. 

Email support: Tutors provide support and answer questions by email correspondences only. The purpose of tutoring is to draw your attention to concepts and instructions in the Alpha Nutrition Program, not to provide medical advice. Course tutors offer support and advice is offered in a friendly manner. You remain responsible to making the decisions about your own health. Parents are responsible for decision they make about the management of their children.

Privacy and Security   We subscribe to the American  Better Business Bureau (BBB) privacy policy to protect personal information you provide online. It is BBB policy that personal information, such as your name, postal and e-mail address or telephone number, is private and confidential. Accordingly, the personal information you provide is stored in a secure location, is accessible only by designated staff, and is used only for the purposes for which you provide the information. Any information you provide in email correspondence with a tutor is private and confidential. Requests for information may be referred within the company and may be discussed in problem-solving meetings. No information is ever released to a third party.

No Computer Tracking of Identifiable Information: Our computers are not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information. We do recognize the home server of visitors. For example, we can tell which Internet Service Provider our visitors use, but we do not obtain the names, addresses or other information about our visitors that would allow us to identify the particular visitors to our sites with the exception of illegal or fraudulent use of our web sites.
