Digestive Tract Nutritional Rescue
Three steps to solving a digestive problem
1 You stop ingesting the problem foods and beverages.
2 You eat safe foods and pure nutrients until you clear symptoms.
3. Reintroduce more of the best, nourishing, low-risk foods
Recovery involves a period of reduced food intake or food holiday. Alpha ENF can be used as a easily absorbed, fully nourishing food-replacement that requires little or no digestion. A 7-10 day Alpha ENF holiday is usually enough time for the problems in the digestive tract to settle down. Longer food holidays are required for inflammatory bowel disease. Alpha ENF supplies extra nutrients that may be in short supply - such as amino acids, B vitamins, vitamins D and B12 and minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium and zinc. The Digestive Disorders Rescue Starter Pack includes

How to Use the Alpha Nutrition Program Safe, effective diet revision is explained in detail in the Alpha Nutrition Program. An intelligent, well-motivated person can follow the steps outlined and restore normal function. The hypothesis is that your "normal" diet is causing or contributing to your symptoms. The experiment is to take a food holiday or completely change your "normal diet" to find out if you improve. Normal diets turn out to be abnormal.
The good news is that you may benefit greatly by the effort you make. We recommend the slow track for all prolonged and serious problems. This means that you should plan a food holiday for at least 10 days and follow the rules in Phase 1 of the program exactly. You are trying to establish improvement quickly - at least within the first 10 days.
You should start the program after period of preparation. You have to study the program, purchase and try Alpha ENF, and discuss the changes you plan to make with family and friends. We recommend 1 to 2 weeks of preparation and rehearsal for this change. Study Section 1 of the program carefully and understand the psychological aspects of changing your diet.
