When you complete an Alpha Online order, you can choose PayPal as your payment method. If you are not already a PayPal member, you can enter your credit card information to complete your order. Our order information is encrypted and secure.

We have reviewed many of the existing online payment methods and choose PayPal as a good method of sending and receiving payments online. PayPal boasts of more than 80 million members internationally. PayPal is a secure agent that links the existing financial infrastructure of bank accounts and credit cards using  the most advanced fraud prevention systems to create a safe, international, real-time payment solution.

You are taken to a secure payment page to complete your order. If you are paying in US $ you will see the USD cost as you complete your order. When your payment information is complete, your order is verified and Alpha Online is notified that payment has been made. At Persona Digital, you can download eBooks right away. At Alpha Online your order is usually shipped within 24 hours ( except on holidays). PayPal sends you an email describing the transaction and keeps a record of your transactions you can review at any time. PayPal also offers transaction insurance to both buyers and sellers. You can return to Alpha Online and to PayPal to review your order and get tracking information.

By entering your own PayPal password, you have the option of beginning a simple process of verification with Pay Pal. Verified buyers and sellers have confirmed that they are who they say they are and have to option to make direct debit or credit card payments. Verified users can also transfer funds. If we want to make any adjustments to your payment, we can do so right away in Pay Pal before your order is shipped. For example, a discount code failed to work in one order and we refunded the $30 discount as soon as we processed the order.

For international orders we cannot accept credit cards but we do accept order payment from verified Pay Pal members.

Payment for products ordered online shall be may in advance of the order shipment by credit card, Pay Pal, money order or other electronic transfer of funds. The Buyer warrants that payments made by Pay Pal and/or credit card banks are final and binding on the buyer and cannot be refunded by charge back.

1 Credit Card You can enter your credit card information ( VISA, MasterCard, AMEX) which we will authorize manually within the next 24 hours. You will receive an order-status update by email when the order is paid and shipped. We ship your order on the same or next business day. 2 PayPal is a secure payment gateway that authorizes credit card payment, usually within seconds of submitting your information.  PayPal acts as a secure payment gateway for Visa,  MasterCard, Discovery or AMEX credit cards. When your payment information is complete, you will receive an order confirmation email from PayPal and from Alpha Nutrition Online. We ship your order on the same or next business day.

We ship to all regions in the US and Canada. Persona Publications is separate website for the download of eBooks and other digital documents. At Persona Digital you can download eBooks, formula information, tutorials, and guides. Create a Persona account for downloads. Your Alpha Online account is separate.

We encourage international  customers to order eBooks rather than print books.

Sorry No Overseas Formula Shipments. We seldom ship formulas overseas due to the excessive cost of shipping, delivery delays, and importation rules and costs. See International Orders.
