When your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us and an email with tracking information from Canada Post. Click the tracking link to go to your shipment information. Save the tracking link so that you can locate your parcel if it does not arrive when you expect. The tracking link provides information for all shipments going to addresses in the US and Canada. You will receive another e-mail notification as soon as a package is received by your local Post Office. If delivery was attempted and failed, then you and your local post office must interact to complete delivery. The PO will leave a card inviting you to arrange a second delivery attempt or to pick up the parcel. If you do not to pick up the package, your PO will leave a second reminder and an e-mail is sent five days later. If, after 10 days, the package is not picked up, a final e-mail reminder is sent informing you you that the package is about to be returned. All reports of non-delivery have been delivery problems at the customer's address. Please Note: Our obligation to deliver your order ends with delivery to the regional post office. All costs incurred by failed delivery to the address supplied by you will be paid by you. The seller accepts no responsibility for the cost of goods when delivery is refused by the buyer, lost by the Post Office, or for goods stolen or damaged. All shipments and insured by the post office claims for loss or damage are paid by the post office following their investigation. Your controls on each page...
