Alpha Nutrition Products and services are ordered online. We ship via Canada Post to all destinations in Canada including the Yukon and NW Territories. All correspondence about your order is done by email. We are located on the Pacific Coast near Vancouver BC. Alpha Nutrition originated in Vancouver and Alpha Online is now  located in Sechelt, British Columbia.

Payment for products ordered online shall be made in advance of the order shipment by credit card, Pay Pal, money order or other electronic transfer of funds. The Buyer warrants that payments made by Pay Pal and/or credit card banks are final and binding on the buyer and cannot be refunded by charge back. The seller reserves the right to alter or refuse an order by notifying the Buyer by email and by refunding money already paid by the Buyer. 

Product Prices: The bad news for Canadians is that our dollar has lost value dramatically in recent months. We now pay more that 20% more for ingredients than a year ago. The Good News is that online prices are lower than retail and we continue to offer volume discounts on most formulas. Please see our Current Prices for more Information.

You have two shipping options

XPress Post = Quickest delivery: The delivery time to major cities in Canada usually within 5  business days. Your tracking information includes an expected delivery date. Delivery time can vary with longer distance, bad weather and your local postal delivery arrangements. Overall, XPress Post performance is excellent; however, occasionally, shipments are delayed but never lost. We recommend Express Post to customers who depend on nutrient formulas and may run short if delivery takes 10 days or longer.

Expedited Mail = slower delivery at lower cost:  Delivery time is usually under 10 days to major cities in Canada. This is a good option if you live in British Columbia. Occasional delivery delays ( longer than 10 days)  have occurred to rural addresses. We do not recommend this delivery option to customers who depend on nutrient formulas and may run short if delivery takes 10 days or longer. Please be sure to choose the correct shipping option on the order page. The calculated shipping costs are shown for each shipping option.

Prior to checkout, you can click "Estimate Shipping Cost" to estimate your shipping costs. Overall, Canada Post performance is excellent; however, occasionally, shipments are delayed but never lost.  Expedited mail is slower and delivery within 2 weeks is not guaranteed.

By placing an order, you, the Buyer warrants that the delivery address is complete and correct and that you will be available to receive the shipment or will delegate the responsibility of receiving the shipment to a responsible party.

Shipment Tracking: E-mail Notification: All correspondence is done by email. Please be sure that your email address is correct and the your mail server and your junk email filters will allow our emails to reach you. You will receive an e-mail notifications: 1. when you order has been paid; 2. as soon as your package has been shipped and 3. when your package is out for delivery.

If there are delivery complications at your address, you will need to discuss this with your local post office or otherwise make arrangements for receiving the parcel. Delivery persons may require a signature before they leave the parcel. If the post delivery person cannot leave the parcel, he or she will leave a notice for you to either contact the postal outlet by phone to arrange another delivery attempt or  they may request that you go to the postal outlet to sign for and receive the parcel. Again we have no control over the local postal service policies and rules.

Please Note: Our obligation to deliver your order ends with delivery to the regional post office. All costs incurred by failed delivery to the address supplied by you will be paid by you. The seller accepts no responsibility for the cost of goods when delivery is refused by the buyer, lost by the Post Office, or for goods stolen or damaged. All shipments and insured by the post office claims for loss or damage are paid by the post office following their investigation.

What about returns?  Our products and services are high quality and designed for thoughtful and considerate people.  Returns are costly both to you and to Alpha Nutrition Online and our goal is to avoid returns. If you are a new user and you are not sure about using the Alpha Nutrient formulas, be sure to read the product information carefully. We recommend ordering a  500 Gram jar of the formula or a Starter Pack (which includes a 500 Gram jar) so that you have complete information about formula use and smaller amount of the formula to evaluate before you order a larger quantity. Please note all discounted sales are final with no return privileges.   In special cases, we may accept returns of unopened, undamaged formula jars within 30 days of shipment. You must contact us by email and provide detailed information to request return authorization. See return request form.

Starter packs are sold at a discount and are not refundable  Email support fees are not refunded and will be applicable for 3 months, if email support is not used immediately. Printed texts are refundable only if returned unopened in original shrink-wrap. eBooks are not refundable. There are no refunds on deliveries outside Canada and the USA.
