US Dollar Cost:  Our prices are quoted in Canadian dollars. We charge your credit card account in Canadian $ and the cost in USD is determined by PayPal or your credit card bank, according to the daily exchange rate. When you pay by Pay Pal, the USD amount is shown as you complete the transaction. 

An online order is a Sales Contract  An order placed online is a sales contract between Alpha Nutrition Online, a division of Environmed Research Inc. hereafter called the Seller and you, the Buyer. By placing and order online, you are entering a sales contract with the Seller. Both parties accept duties and obligations. By placing an order online, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to  the following terms and conditions of sale.

Payment for products ordered online shall be made in advance of the order shipment by credit card, Pay Pal, money order or other electronic transfer of funds. The seller reserves the right to alter or refuse an order by notifying the Buyer by email and by refunding money already paid by the Buyer. The Buyer warrants that payments made by Pay Pal and/or credit card banks are final and binding on the buyer and cannot be refunded by charge back. The Buyer further agrees to notify the seller if he or she or wants to return products and will request refund according to the refund conditions declared herein.

You have two shipping options, orders USA

Priority Post is the Quickest delivery: The delivery time to major cities in the USA  is usually  within 5  business days, although delays sometimes occur. Your tracking information includes an expected delivery date. Delivery time can vary with US customs clearance delays, longer distance, bad weather and your local postal delivery arrangements. The US Postal Service determines the time it takes to deliver your order to you. Their performance is beyond our control. Overall, Priority Post performance is excellent; however, occasionally, shipments are delayed but never lost.

We do recommend Priority Post to customers who want quicker delivery, especially  those who depend on nutrient formulas and may run short if delivery takes 10 days or longer. This is the most reliable shipping method; online tracking, brokerage and insurance are included in the service. This method is recommended for all formula orders of  6 jars or more.

Expedited Mail means slower delivery at lower cost.  Delivery time is usually 5-10 business days to major cities. Occasional delivery delays ( longer than 14 days)  have occurred to rural addresses in the USA. We do not recommend this delivery option to customers who depend on nutrient formulas and may run short if delivery takes 10 days or longer.

We have no control over what happens at the address you provide. If there are delivery complications at your address, you will need to discuss this with your local post office or otherwise make arrangements for receiving the parcel. We require confirmation of delivery. It is up to the local USPS to determine how they do this.  If the post delivery person cannot leave the parcel, he or she will leave a notice for you to either contact the postal outlet by phone to arrange another delivery attempt or  they may request that you go to the postal outlet to sign for and receive the parcel. We have no control over the local postal service policies and rules. Our obligation to deliver your order ends with delivery to the regional post office. All costs incurred by failed delivery to the address supplied by you will be paid by you. The seller accepts no responsibility for the cost of goods when delivery is refused by the buyer, lost by the Post Office, or for goods stolen or damaged. All shipments and insured by the post office claims for loss or damage are paid by the post office following their investigation.

What about returns?  Our products and services are high quality and designed for thoughtful and considerate people.  Returns are costly both to you and to Alpha Nutrition Online and our goal is to avoid returns. If you are a new user and you are not sure about using the Alpha Nutrient formulas, be sure to read the product information carefully. We recommend ordering a  500 Gram jar of the formula or a Starter Pack (which includes a 500 Gram jar) so that you have complete information about formula use and smaller amount of the formula to evaluate before you order a larger quantity. Please note all discounted sales are final with no return privileges.

In special cases, we do accept returns of unopened, undamaged formula jars within 30 days of shipment. You must contact us by email and provide detailed information to request return authorization. See return request form.

Starter packs are sold at a discount and are not refundable  Email support fees are not refunded and will be applicable for 3 months, if email support is not used immediately. Printed texts are refundable only if returned unopened in original shrink-wrap. eBooks are not refundable. There are no refunds on deliveries outside Canada and the USA..
