Alpha BMX is designed to achieve high nutrient density with no energy intake. BMX provides therapeutic levels of key brain nutrients such as calcium, magnesium,  potassium, folic acid, thiamine, vitamin B12, niacinamide, pyridoxine, pantothenic acid, and vitamin E.  All vitamins and minerals except sodium are provided at or above the recommended daily intake. BMX replaces protein with a complete set of pure l-form amino acids.  BMX is designed to supply all nutrients but very little energy. You need to eat food to supply calories. BMX has 2.8  calories per 10 Grams. There is no fat in the formula.

Mix Alpha BMX with fruits or juices in the blender to make pleasant drinks. A blender quickly mixes the powder with any liquid, hot or cold. Alpha BMX will turn any fruit or vegetable juice into a complete meal. You can also mix Alpha BMX by shaking the formula with water or juice in a closed container.

Daily Dose:  25 Grams as 2 servings of approximately 12.5 grams each. A teaspoon volume can weight anywhere from 4-8 grams depending on the shape of the spoon and how full it is. You can approximate a 12 gram serving with 2 teaspoons. Children under 5 years of age should use the formula with the supervision of a physician. Children over 5 and between 10 and 20 kg should have ½ teaspoon twice a day. Children under 12 YOA and over 20 kg in weight should start at 1 teaspoon twice a day.

The formula works best if it is taken with little or no other food. You could, for example, start the day with 2 teaspoons of BMX in a glass of orange juice.  Have the second serving of BMX with juice before bed (at least 2 hours after dinner). Or, you could mix the daily amount, 25 grams, in 800 ml or 24 ounces of juice in the blender, divide the juice into small servings and  take at intervals though the day.

Mix with Spoon: You can mix Alpha BMX with a spoon in a cup or mug. It takes some stirring and waiting for all the nutrients to dissolve. If you see a bright yellow color, you know you are doing the right thing. Nutrients suspend and dissolve more quickly if mixed with hot water.  Then add some juice, stirring as you go.

If you mix Alpha BMX into a glass and let it sit, sediment forms in the bottom of the glass; these are the less soluble nutrients and present no problem. A shake or quick stir will rapidly re-suspend the solution. If you are going to sit and sip the formula, just keep a spoon or swizzle stick handy to remix the drink as needed.

Alpha BMX is stable at room temperature and has a shelf life of more than 1 year at room temperature. The formula absorbs moisture from the air and tends to cake. If clumps form, they are readily dispersed with a spoon or by shaking the formula jar. The lumps do not affect the function of the formula.  In hot, humid climates and to prolong shelf life beyond 1 year, the formula can be refrigerated or frozen.
